Refund Policy:

We do not have a refund policy at 24 Print Lane, how ever if you have been delivered with a product that is not up to your specifications or is defected, a claim can be registered within 3 days of the delivery. The products should not have been tempered with and must be sent back the way they arrived. After 3 days of delivery, the item does not qualify for a refund, and cannot be entertained for one.

Payment, Order Placement & Cancellations:

Payments from clients are made with the order placement, we send the product drafts the customer for final approval and go signal. Once approved the order is lined up for production and shipment. If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of the order placement, we do not guarantee order cancellations after 24hours.

No liability for Errors:

24 Print Lane will not be responsible for errors caused by the following: Grammatical Errors, Missing Fonts, Die Lines, Crop Marks or Overprinting. In terms of the responsibilities that 24 Print Lane takes in terms of printing and packaging, the print, design, consistency, and quality of the product including service, 24 Print Lane safeguards and guarantees precision.

Production Speed, Shipping and Delivery:

A production speed can be selected while placing the order with us, we shall make all due efforts to make sure you receive your order according to the agreed timeline. It usually takes 3 to 5 days only for shipping. We are not responsible for delays in deliver, damage to goods during the shipping process.
